There is a fully equipped kitchen with a reproduction antique cook stove. It is beautifully decorated with the hunter and fisherman in mind. The large front porch is perfect for guests to relax, swing in the swing, sip a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy bird watching. This unique lodging experience on Lake Texoma, has its own picnic table, gas grill and fire pit. Everything from soft terry robes to romantic candles is provided for an experience that will not soon be forgotten.
“The Texas House” “which sleeps 9, is a beautifully crafted 1700 square foot cedar home secluded in the woods. It welcomes you with a large front porch on which you can kick back and relax. The living area with its beautiful rock fire place is decorated with western furniture and a Texas bar. Cooking in the kitchen will be a joy with the new stainless steel appliances and the unique tin punch cabinets. The two bedrooms down stairs include one with bunk beds and the other with a full size bed. A large bath joins the two bedrooms. After climbing the cedar rail staircase, you will enjoy relaxing and watching T.V. or playing video games in the loft. It is furnished with a trundel bed (two twins) and a twin-size sofa-sleeper with ottoman. Adjoining the loft is the master bedroom complete with a built in T.V. and small refrigerator.
