This weekend I spent some time reflecting on just how lucky I am to have not only the opportunity to live at the lake full time, but my job consists of selling homes in my favorite place! Quality of life has always been a big thing for me – if you’re not enjoying what you’re doing – you probably should be doing something different – so I guess I’m right where I need to be!

I love the wide array of properties we have here at the lake – there truly is something for everyone.  Below you will find my rundown on a few properties and what buyer I think they would fit best.

Wanting a lakehouse where the kids can safely run the neighborhood, that has beach access and won’t break the bank? 30 Longview or 46 Longview would completely fit the bill.   Both homes have a bit of a lakeview, front corp of engineers land so that it feels like you live in the woods and both have beach access within short walking distance.  For under $200K – these are both a spankin’ good deal! 

If view is what you’re looking for – come on over to one of Lake Texoma’s most desireable neighborhoods — and I dare say this neighborhood boasts the absolute best views – Russwood.  For that knock-your-socks-off view and a place where you can bring the whole family, 121 Lakeview Drive is THE one.  The view expands for miles and miles.  Inside you’ll find a two story living room with a wall of glass — I don’t think there’s a room in the house that doesn’t boast an amazing view.  The 4 car garage is nothing to sneeze at either.

If you’re the buyer that wants it all – oh do I know of just the right home for you!!  Let me just start by telling you a little about the amazing amenities.  It’s located in the Monarch Ridge, gated subdivision near Grandpappy Marina.  So we have gated, lakefront, expansive view (maybe I should say AMAZING VIEW), elevator, it’s VERY OWN beach AND a boatslip!  I really can’t think of even one other thing that a person could possibly want at the lake — also has heated floors and a bidet in the master bath.  Priced at $670K – this home is another of my top picks for the buyer who wants it all!!  You really do have to see it to believe it!  101 Monarch – check it out!
