With so many different types of properties available (lakefront, lakeview, homes with a boatslip, homes in Tanglewood…etc, etc, etc) – one thing that I have always loved is being able to have beach access.  The list that will follow are homes that you can walk down to a beach – does not necessarily mean that they are all lakefront – just easy access to the water.  We’ll go in order of price so if the range you see at first is not what you are looking for – keep scrolling down 🙂  I have also written my own commentary as to the proximity of the beach.
