Today has just been absolutely gorgeous.. It was the kind of day it would have just been wrong to not get out and really take it all in!  My dog has lots of room to roam in his own yard, but there is nothing he loves more than running along the sandy beach near our house.  I think if he could speak, he would have said this was the best day ever!!  We spent over 2 hours just perusing the beach, walking through the sand, up the hills and around the park area.  Here it is only March and I think I may have gotten what could be the first signs of a TAN!  Wow!

As your reading this you may be wondering – what does this have to do with homes at Lake Texoma?  And if you’re reading this I would imagine you do have some sort of interest in pursuing the American Dream – you know, a home at Lake Texoma…that is the American Dream, right? 

If you’re on the fence about whether you and your family truly need a place at the lake – after looking at these pictures of my walk today -you should be asking yourself  – “how can we afford to waste anymore of our life NOT at the lake?’  That’s the real question. 

Each of us enjoy something different – I personally like to be able to take my big “junkyard dog” (as my neighbor calls him) down to the beach… a great friend of mine loves her unobstructed view of Lake Texoma that stretches for miles and miles — she’s a photographer so great picture opportunities are perfect for her.  Others enjoy being walking distance from a marina… Alot of us even have a preference as to which side of the lake we want to be on.  There is an array of different properties for every buyer.
